Rita Cetina Scholarship Card Distribution Unfolds This March

Distribution of cards for 5.6 million beneficiaries aimed to conclude by the end of March 2025.

The distribution of cards for beneficiaries of the Rita Cetina Scholarship is approaching its conclusion this month, as announced by Secretary of Education Mario Delgado. By the end of March 2025, 5.6 million students enrolled in the scholarship program will have received their payment method.

Delgado confirmed, "Beneficiaries who received their card in February will have their first deposit during March." For those who are receiving their cards this month, the first payments will be reflected by April.

To keep track of their payment status, beneficiaries can visit the official platform at buscador.becasbenitojuarez.gob.mx/consulta/ and enter their CURP (Unique Population Registry Code). If it has been more than 10 days since receiving their card, the system will reveal their payment date.

The distribution is proceeding according to schedule, with cards distributed this month across various states. During the first week of March, areas such as Chiapas, Oaxaca, Puebla, Quintana Roo, San Luis Potosí, and Zacatecas received their cards. Starting March 10, states including Jalisco, the State of Mexico, and Michoacán will follow suit, finalizing the nationwide distribution.

For those who have not yet received their scholarship cards, it’s recommended to stay informed through official channels provided by the Secretariat of Education and the Banco del Bienestar. Beneficiaries are encouraged to check their status on the Becas Benito Juárez platform to understand their delivery assignment.

The Rita Cetina Scholarship program, aimed at supporting students across the country, is taking significant strides to provide financial assistance and help with educational expenses. The completion of this card distribution is expected to bring relief and support to numerous families, ensuring students have the means necessary to continue their education.

With the finalization of card deliveries and upcoming deposits, the Secretary of Education, Mario Delgado, aims to streamline the financial support process for students and families participating in the program, making education more accessible during these challenging times.
