BLOOMINGTON — Indiana University (IU) football has secured the commitment of former Ohio State offensive tackle Zen Michalski, marking a significant addition to their offensive line for the 2025 season. Michalski, who hails from Floyds Knobs, Indiana, initially gained recognition as a four-star prospect from Floyd Central High School and was highly sought after during his high school recruitment.
Originally picking Ohio State over other major programs like Florida State, Louisville, and Penn State, Michalski has navigated through his college career with ups and downs. He is known for his impressive stature at 6-foot-6 and 319 pounds, but his gameplay experience has been somewhat limited during his time with the Buckeyes.
During his four years at Ohio State, Michalski has played 260 snaps, with the majority of his action coming at left tackle.
