Students across Ulyanovsk are gearing up for celebrations centered around Student Day, marked this year with exciting prize giveaways and events. The festivities aim to honor the significant contributions of students to society and to engage them through enjoyable and educational activities.
According to local reports, the main prize for the giveaway includes a certificate valued at 5,500 rubles for glamping at “Holmy,” and four tickets for the cinema “Luna,” as well as ten certificates worth 500 rubles for the famous “Pelmeni” restaurant at the “River Port.” To enter the prize drawing, participants must subscribe to the Telegram channel Mosaika and press the “Participate” button under the related post. Meanwhile, the Ulyanovsk State Technical University (UlSTU) will also celebrate with festivities, including free ice skating at the “Aksel Arena” sports complex. The Ulyanovsk Institute of Civil Aviation and the branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration will be presenting awards to students and cadets for their achievements in public service and creativity.
The Dimitrovgrad Engineering and Technology Institute, part of the National Research Nuclear University “MEPhI,” plans to host intellectual games and extended meetings for board games players under the name “Chillout.” The “House of Youth” will allow students to meet federal program participants from “Education Through Service,” where successful social initiatives will be discussed.
The regional Ministry of Youth Development is also getting involved, planning strategic sessions with student communities and public organizations to design youth policy strategies heading toward 2030. The local branch of the Russian Youth Union will present its center “PROFI,” which focuses on educating students and vocational college specialists about student self-governance and project management technologies.
