The festival celebrates Sardinian culinary excellence with tastings and events for all.

The Porto Cervo Wine & Food Festival, a premier event in the Italian gastronomic calendar, is set to return for its 14th edition from May 8 to May 11, 2025, at the Cervo Conference Center in the stunning Costa Smeralda. Organized by the Luxury Hotel Cala di Volpe and Cervo Hotel, with support from Smeralda Holding and Marriott International, the festival has become a vital platform for promoting regional and national wine and food excellence.

This year, the festival promises a robust agenda that caters to both industry professionals and the general public. The first two days, Thursday, May 8, and Friday, May 9, will be exclusively reserved for professionals, journalists, and international buyers, allowing them to engage directly with around 80 exhibitors. These exhibitors will include a rich array of wine, spirits, and food producers, with a notable emphasis on local Sardinian offerings.

Approximately 50% of the participating wineries and over half of the food businesses hail from Sardinia, showcasing the island's growing reputation for quality in the viticulture and gastronomy sectors. This regional focus not only highlights local talent but also reinforces the festival's commitment to celebrating the unique flavors and traditions of Sardinia.

On the weekend, Saturday, May 10, and Sunday, May 11, the festival will open its doors to the public, inviting wine lovers and food enthusiasts to explore the diverse offerings. Attendees can expect to indulge in tastings of award-winning wines, including those recognized by the prestigious PCWFF Award. This award honors the best wines across various categories—red, white, rosé, and sparkling—selected by a panel of experts. The winners will be incorporated into the "Taste of Sardinia" project, which aims to promote Italian culinary excellence globally.

In addition to the tastings, the festival will feature a series of 'Fuori fiera' events—an exciting array of evening activities including cocktail receptions, DJ sets, and live music. These events will be open to the public from 18:30 to 22:00 each evening, creating a vibrant atmosphere that blends business with entertainment.
