Construction is expected to run from May through mid-July 2025. However, there is some uncertainty regarding whether this renovation is intended for Meta's own use or to attract potential subtenants.

The company still has an additional 600,000 square feet available in the nearby 6th and Guadalupe area, which currently stands as the city’s largest available sublease.
