The 2025 Laneway Festival is all set to electrify music lovers across Australia and New Zealand, having officially shared the running times for its upcoming sold-out installment. The festival will be headlined by the talented Charli XCX, who is slated to deliver a stellar 75-minute performance.
This year, Laneway will feature just two main stages: the dual Good Better Best/Never Let It Rest stage and the Everything Ecstatic Stage. Interestingly, the latter will retain the name Dean Turner Stage for the Melbourne leg of the festival, honoring the late bassist of the band Magic Dirt, who tragically passed away in 2009.

Alongside Charli XCX, the lineup includes other headliners such as Clairo, Beabadoobee, Barry Can’t Swim, and the electronic music group BICEP. Adelaide will see performances from indie-pop group Divebar Youth and the soulful electronic artist PINES, whereas Perth will feature the Afrocentric beats of Jxnior and pop sensation Mariae Cassandra, who is only 17 years old. Laneway Festival 2025 is presented by Triple J and supported by the NSW Government through the tourism and events agency, Destination NSW. Festival dates are set across several cities: starting on February 6th at Western Springs, Auckland; moving to Brisbane Showgrounds on February 8th; progressing to Sydney Showground on February 9th; and then to Flemington Park, Melbourne on February 14th. The lineup will continue with Adelaide's Bonython Park on February 15th and Wellington Square, Perth, on February 16th.
All attendees are required to be 16 years or older, ensuring the festival caters to both younger and older audiences who appreciate vibrant live music.
