At the forefront of the men's race, Kenney Kimutai of Kenya emerged as the standout victor, finishing with a remarkable time of 1 hour, 0 minutes, and 16 seconds. This achievement brought him within mere seconds of the record set by Roncer Kopkorir, who clocked 59 minutes, 38 seconds, during the 2023 race. Kimutai's win marks the 22nd time a Kenyan athlete has claimed victory since the event's inception, confirming their historical dominance.

Following Kimutai, his compatriot Timothy Kosgei finished strong at 1 hour, 0 minutes, and 22 seconds, only 6 seconds behind the leader, with fellow Kenyan Timothy Kibet rounding out the podium at 1 hour, 0 minutes, and 44 seconds. Among the top finishes from French runners, Jean-Baptiste Michaux secured a commendable 7th place, completing the race with a time of 1 hour, 4 minutes, and 2 seconds, followed closely by Yohan Durand at 1 hour, 4 minutes, and 3 seconds.

On the women’s side, Jackline Cherono also demonstrated exemplary prowess, winning the race with her impressive finishing time of 1 hour, 7 minutes, and 16 seconds. Cherono’s achievement not only brought her personal glory but also marked her as one of the leading contenders on the global marathon stage, improving her personal best by over two minutes.

Challenging her closely was Ethiopia’s Muluhabt Tsega, who crossed the finish line second at 1 hour, 8 minutes, and 34 seconds, followed by Christine Kioko of Kenya, who placed third at 1 hour, 9 minutes, and 55 seconds. French runner Marie Bouchard, who finished fifth at 1 hour, 12 minutes, and 5 seconds, was the top-performing woman from France, reflecting the increasing talent and competitiveness at the national level.
