Bandung BJB Tandamata, on the other hand, faced disappointment as this loss confirmed their elimination from the tournament. The second set was more challenging, concluding with Jakarta Electric taking the lead decisively.
The third set saw Bandung BJB Tandamata put up their best fight, matching Jakarta point for point until they reached 23-23. Despite the intense competition, they faltered, allowing Jakarta to clinch the match with the final score of 3-0.
Wem Suparman, the assistant coach for Jakarta Electric PLN, expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance, stating, "Kami sudah memprediksi kemenangan ini, dan anak-anak bermain sesuai harapan," reflecting their anticipation of the win and execution of their game plan. Conversely, Bandung BJB Tandamata’s coach, Samsul Jais, acknowledged the challenges faced during the match, admitting, "Set pertama dan kedua kami kesulitan. Set ketiga sebenarnya bisa kami menangkan, tetapi anak-anak kurang tenang," indicating his awareness of their struggle under pressure and the need for steadiness moving forward.
Samsul also emphasized the team's determination to make the most of their final match against Jakarta Livin' Mandiri, stating, "Kami tetap akan berusaha meraih poin dari laga terakhir melawan Livin'." Despite the lack of playoff prospects, the focus remains on ending the season on a positive note and securing more points for their standings.
The final match against Jakarta Livin' Mandiri is set to showcase the team's resolve against their last opponent, with both teams eager to showcase their abilities one last time. While Jakarta Electric PLN looks onwards to the finals, Bandung will have the chance to redeem themselves and finish the Proliga season with strength.
