This summer, Guarapari is set to witness significant developments as the Grand Construtora embarks on its latest real estate venture, the Salt project, which promises to be the third initiative under the label 'urban oasis' and the first embodying the 'Health City' concept. Officially launched on Thursday, December 27, the Salt project aims to attract potential real estate buyers during the city’s peak tourist season. According to the local municipality’s estimates, Guarapari is expected to host over 1 million people during this influx.
The architectural design of Salt boasts interiors crafted by Amazonas Arquitetos. Located on Alameda Boa Ventura at Avenida Meaípe, the Salt sales office features not only detailed models of the project but also a cinema room showcasing images of the development and four decorated suites. Open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM throughout the season, the stand will also host 'sunset' events from January 11, where visitors can enjoy cocktails and drinks every Saturday until February 1.
The Salt project comprises luxurious apartments with four suites, available in six different layouts ranging from 175 to 200 square meters. It features three towers housing a total of 90 apartments, all of which offer stunning sea views. Residents will have access to spacious leisure areas totaling 6,000 square meters, including parks surrounded by water mirrors and gardens, infinity pools, wet bars, spas, gourmet spaces, poker rooms, and lookout points with eco-friendly fireplaces. Benedito Abbud, the key landscaper behind the project, has created green spaces abundant with natural elements.
Located at the heart of Enseada Azul, the Salt development reflects the growing real estate appreciation within the region, with prices starting at R$ 2.98 million. Gustavo Rezende, partner and commercial director of Grand Construtora, noted the strategic choice of location and product aimed explicitly at Guarapari’s needs; he mentioned, "We found the right place and created the right product for Guarapari. We believe the price is competitive considering the special structure and location this development offers." Before the official opening of the sales office, Rezende disclosed at least 15 apartments were already under advanced negotiation.
Meanwhile, the community faces challenges as an unfortunate incident occurred during the Guarapa Food&Beer event on the same day. A food truck located at Praça Central, Enseada Azul, became the victim of a devastating fire around 2:30 AM on Friday, December 27. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the equipment inside the trailer was completely lost. The quick response from security and the local fire department ensured the flames were extinguished before they could spread.
A statement by the Ameazul Residents Association and A4 Eventos informed the public about the incident, emphasizing the swift action of firefighters. Following the fire, the festivities at the Guarapa Food&Beer are temporarily suspended until safety assessments are completed. Despite this setback, scheduled events such as the Beach Tennis tournament at Enseada Azul will proceed as planned.
On another positive note, Guarapari has shown its charitable spirit through the 'Adote um Idoso' campaign. This month, members of the 10th Battalion of the Military Police assisted with the distribution of much-needed donations to senior citizens. Over December, the initiative, led by the Beneficent Association 'Adote um Idoso' (ABAI), collected geriatric diapers and non-perishable food items, benefiting 69 elderly residents, along with numerous families who received food baskets and children’s gifts.
Ten years of successful collaboration between the police and ABAI has made this initiative noteworthy. Tenente-Coronel Walter Francisco de Araújo Filho expressed the importance of caring for the elderly, emphasizing, "They are guardians of stories, wisdom, and values.
