The cheesecake's mesmerizing two-layered composition showcases rich baked cheese at the bottom, topped with Italian meringue, finished with caramelized cassonade and adorned with special apricot confit. Notably, each cake measures about 12 centimeters and retails for 2,095 yen, taxes included.

Another standout dessert making its debut is the "Kobe Mont Blanc Galette," crafted using fragrant chestnut paste from the famous Tamba region.
