In Querétaro, the distribution of payment cards is progressing well, with an 86% completion rate as of the start of April. The National Coordination of Scholarships for Well-being reported that 54,179 cards have already been delivered, with a remaining backlog of 9,593 cards, representing 14% of the total.

For beneficiaries in Querétaro, the payment process is straightforward. Individuals can collect their payments at various Banco Bienestar branches located in the region. These include:

  • Pie de la Cuesta 2121 in Lomas de San Pedrito Peñuelas

  • Corregidora Norte 291, Centro

  • Avenida Estadio 106, Centro Sur

  • Mariano Matamoros S/N, Pie de Gallo

As the payment period progresses, parents and guardians are encouraged to check their eligibility and ensure they have the necessary information to collect their funds. The official payment calendar is designed to help families plan accordingly, especially with the upcoming Holy Week holidays, which begin on April 13, 2025.

Payments for the Beca Rita Cetina are also taking place during this time. Starting from April 1, 2025, beneficiaries will receive support of 1,900 pesos per family, with an additional 700 pesos for each secondary school student residing in the same household. The payment schedule mirrors that of the Beca Benito Juárez, organized alphabetically by last name.

Notably, those residing in the states of Veracruz and Durango will experience a unique situation this month. Julio León, the National Coordinator of Scholarships for Well-being, announced that beneficiaries in these areas will receive a double payment in April 2025. This advance payment is due to upcoming local elections in June, necessitating the temporary suspension of social program deliveries in these regions.

For families with one beneficiary, the double payment will total 3,800 pesos, while families with two students will receive 5,200 pesos. León emphasized the importance of these measures to ensure beneficiaries receive their funds in a timely manner, stating, "Due to the electoral process, we are making an advance payment to ensure that all beneficiaries receive their scholarships on time. They will see the corresponding amount for the March-April bimestre and the advance for May-June in their accounts."

As the payment dates approach, many families are eager to receive their funds, which are essential for supporting their children's education. The government has made it clear that these scholarships are a vital resource for families navigating the challenges of educational expenses.

For those who wish to verify their eligibility for the Beca Rita Cetina, the process is simple. Parents can check the status of their applications online by entering the CURP of their children at the designated government website.

As the month progresses, it is crucial for beneficiaries to stay informed about their payment schedules and ensure they have the necessary documentation to collect their funds. The government continues to encourage families to utilize the resources available to them, ensuring that education remains accessible for all.

In summary, the Beca Benito Juárez and Beca Rita Cetina are vital financial aids for many families across Mexico, with payments now being disbursed based on a clear and organized schedule. As the government takes steps to ensure timely payments, beneficiaries are reminded to stay vigilant and prepared to collect their funds as they are released.
