Japanese singer-songwriter Yuuri has announced his ambitious "YUURI ASIA TOUR 2025," kicking off on September 6, 2025, with plans for 25 performances across multiple Asian countries, drawing expected attendance of 250,000 fans.
Marking his largest tour to date, this career-defining event will feature performances in ten cities across Japan, including notable venues such as the Yoyogi National Stadium First Gymnasium and the Hiroshima Green Arena. The announcement, made on March 12, highlights Yuuri’s significant rise within the music industry, as he continues to break streaming records.
"The last arena tour sold out almost instantly, but I didn’t think I could surpass this scale again. So, reflecting on it, this might be viewed as my last tour, but I hope everyone will come and enjoy it!" Yuuri remarked, indicating the emotional significance of this tour.
Beginning at the Yoyogi National Stadium on September 6, the tour will continue with another performance at the same venue on September 7. Following these, there will be concerts worldwide on September 13, with the precise location to be announced later. The momentum continues with shows scheduled for October 4 and 5 at the Hiroshima Green Arena, before Yuuri heads to Taiwan for performances at the Taipei Arena on October 11 and 12.
One of the tour's highlights will occur later in October with performances at the newly named venues. A notable stop will be at the renovated Osaka stage at the "ASUE Arena" on October 25 and 26. November will also see performances across Asia, exact locations still to be uncovered, before returning to Japan for shows at various iconic venues, including the Big Hat Arena and the Makomanai Sekisui Heim Ice Arena, concluding the Japan leg of the tour.
Yuuri’s rise to fame has been meteoric. His song "Dried Flower" has surpassed 100 million streams, making him the first male solo artist to have two songs with over 600 million plays. His discography, with seven songs reaching over 300 million streams, showcases his impact on the music scene, as the total plays for his tracks exceed 4.9 billion.
Last year, Yuuri successfully completed his first solo arena tour, spanning venues across Aichi, Fukuoka, Chiba, Tokyo, and Osaka, where he attracted 100,000 concert-goers. This tour was notable for setting records, as ticket sales for his inaugural solo concert held at a venue in Korea drew 350,000 online accesses but could only accommodate 2,000 fans, resulting in immediate sell-outs.
On May 3 and 4 of 2025, he is set to perform at the prestigious KSPO DOME in Seoul, accommodating 10,000 guests. Tickets for this concert are also entirely sold out, demonstrating his fanbase's unwavering support.
The tour will culminate with two concerts at the iconic Osaka-jo Hall on December 16 and 17 and finish at the Okinawa Convention Center Exhibition Hall on December 27 and 28.
With anticipation building around the tour, Yuuri remains humble yet energizing, promoting accessibility through his fanbase. "You know, I genuinely didn’t expect my music to resonate this much, especially across borders. But here we are! I can't wait to share this experience with all of you,” he expressed, embodying the spirit of connection through music.
Tickets for the YUURI ASIA TOUR 2025 are currently available on his official website, with overwhelming demand expected following his previous successes. The magnitude of this tour, alongside his record-breaking streaming achievements, solidifies Yuuri’s status as one of Japan’s prominent music talents, captivating audiences beyond his homeland.
For Yuuri, the upcoming tour is not just about the performances but about building lasting memories with his fans. "This is more than just concerts. It’s about creating unforgettable moments and connecting deeply with everyone who follows my music," he concluded, hinting at the emotional depth he plans to bring to each show.
Overall, the YUURI ASIA TOUR 2025 is set to be unmatched, marking the artist's continued evolution and the growing reach of his music around Asia and beyond.
