Yumeji Restaurant, part of Skylark Restaurants, is bringing back its beloved winter menu with the 'Kirishima Chanko Nabe,' available from January 16 through March 5, 2025. This dish, which debuted due to overwhelming customer demand after selling over 53,000 portions last year, is set to capture the hearts of diners once more. Crafted under the guidance of the famed Chanko Kirishima specialty restaurant based in Tokyo, the chanko nabe promises hearty sustenance, comprising over 250 grams of fresh vegetables and 12 varied ingredients.

The signature dish is priced at 1,429 yen and features fresh ingredients such as crab claws, chicken, and various vegetables. The broth, described as having flavors of chicken, pork, and beef, is not just any broth; it's the 'Kirishima Taste'—a unique profile of umami derived from katsuobushi and kombu, available for free refills for diners. This culinary creation is sure to warm anyone from the inside out during Japan's colder months.

Along with the chanko nabe, Yumeji is introducing enticing new dessert options to complement the main offerings this season. Each dessert highlights the fresh flavors of domestic strawberries, such as the decadent Strawberry Soft Parfait and the simply delightful Strawberry & Whipped Cream dessert featuring six whole strawberries.
