The provincial police department's youth collective has rolled out initiatives to assist impoverished households focusing on building new homes and repairing existing ones. Located mainly within Tuyen Hoa District, Quang Binh Province, the youth volunteers, comprising over 500 members collaborated with local community to form teams. "Là hộ khó khăn của địa phương, tôi không nghĩ có ngày lại được ở trong căn nhà khang trang, sạch đẹp để sinh hoạt thuận tiện như thế này," said Nguyen Thi Hoat, whose family recently benefited from this support. Volunteers assisted her with the necessary construction, transforming her living conditions and instilling hope for growth moving forward.

"Mặc dù thời tiết không ủng hộ do mưa và khối lượng công việc hỗ trợ, giúp đỡ cho người dân nhiều, nhưng đoàn viên, thanh niên tình nguyện tham gia đã không ngại khó, ngại khổ và luôn có mặt đông đủ để bắt tay ngay vào công việc," mentioned Lieutenant Trinh Van Quan, who emphasized the dedication shown by volunteers, who braved inclement weather to reach their goals.

By providing extensive support, the initiative has so far achieved the completion of over 101 homes, directly aiding families to settle comfortably without the fear of adverse weather conditions.
