The Future Trends Ahead Summit 2025 was held recently, shedding light on the new trends expected to shape various industries and job markets as we move toward the mid-decade. The event featured discussions from prominent young entrepreneurs who shared their success stories and insights on adapting their businesses for the future.
Among the featured speakers were CK Cheong, CPA and CEO of Fastwork; Tnongsak Sae-io, owner of the YUEDPAO brand; and Suranam Panikaran, founder and CEO of Tofusan. Each offered unique perspectives on what it takes to thrive as entrepreneurs amid technological advancements and market transformations.
CK Cheong, whose platform Fastwork seeks to bridge the income disparity across Thailand, emphasized the importance of being proactive. “Don’t wait for change—start the change,” he said. His platform aims to empower individuals outside Bangkok by creating job opportunities for freelancers nationwide. Cheong pointed out the rising risks businesses face today, including competition and potential job losses due to AI advancements. He advocates for listening closely to customer feedback, which not only enhances service but generates invaluable data for continuous improvement.
Tnongsak Sae-io highlighted taking bold steps to innovate, noting the success of YUEDPAO, which has navigated through challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic by pivoting to online sales. “We must prove to consumers why our products are worthwhile,” he explained, stressing the need for businesses to adapt and meet consumer expectations. Now, YUEDPAO not only offers t-shirts but plans to expand its product line to ‘Total Look’ outfits, aiming for international markets.
Sur anam Panikaran spoke about Tofusan’s strategy of standing out from competitors through unique packaging and product offerings. He shared how their high-protein, sugar-free soy milk gained popularity, boasting over 163.2% sales growth from 2022 to 2025. Panikaran also reminded attendees of the irreplaceable human element in the food industry, stating, “While technology aids efficiency, nothing can substitute human taste perception.”
Throughout the summit, the overarching theme was clear: adaptability is key. With AI becoming more integrated within various sectors, both entrepreneurs and established businesses must prepare for the significant changes on the horizon. Each speaker agreed on one point: the future belongs to those willing to innovate and embrace change.
Kanokwan Vichit, who attended the summit, remarked on the importance of having the right mindset. “I think the idea of being ready to face changes and challenges is what will distinguish successful businesses,” she noted.
Entrepreneurship is set to change significantly by 2025, especially with the rise of AI technology shaping both products and services. The summit paved the way for future discussions on how to not only keep up with these changes but to lead them. The entrepreneurs’ experiences serve as encouragement for those entering the field or seeking to revitalize their business strategies.
All three entrepreneurs left the audience with one powerful message: Encourage experimentation and learning through trial and error. The future might be unpredictable, but fostering resilience and agility will be indispensable tools for those aiming to thrive.
