Xiaomi has officially launched its latest flagship smartphones, the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra, at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 held on February 27. These models are set to shake up the smartphone market with their advanced features and attractive pricing, now available to consumers across Europe, including Poland.
The Xiaomi 15 is positioned as a compact powerhouse, featuring a 6.46-inch CrystalRes AMOLED display with a resolution of 2670 x 1200 pixels, boasting vibrant colors and peak brightness up to 3200 nits. Users can expect smooth visual experiences with its 120Hz refresh rate, making everything from gaming to streaming videos seamless. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, reportedly offering up to 45% more CPU performance compared to its predecessor, combined with increased efficiency and reduced energy consumption.
For photography enthusiasts, the Xiaomi 15 brings substantial camera capabilities with its triple-camera system. This setup comprises of:
- A 50 MP Leica Summilux primary camera with f/1.62 aperture and advanced Light Fusion technology.
- A 50 MP floating telephoto lens capable of macro shots from as close as 10 cm away.
- A 50 MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture.
This configuration allows users to capture stunning photographs across various focal lengths. The Xiaomi 15 also supports 8K video recording at 30 frames per second and Dolby Vision at 4K and 60 frames per second, bolstering its position as an attractive choice for video creators.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra steps it up with the same Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and extends the display to 6.73 inches featuring WQHD+ resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels. Both smartphones house sizeable batteries: the Xiaomi 15 packs a 5240 mAh battery, whereas the Xiaomi 15 Ultra slightly surpasses it with 5410 mAh. Both models support 90W fast charging, allowing quick power boosts for users on the go. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra can also charge wirelessly at up to 80W, showcasing its technological advancement.
Pricing for the two models positions them competitively within the premium segment. The Xiaomi 15 is available starting at 4199 PLN for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, moving up to 4699 PLN for the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage option. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra starts at 6299 PLN for 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, with the 1TB variant priced at 6999 PLN.
To sweeten the deal, Xiaomi is offering promotional gifts for early adopters. Customers purchasing the Xiaomi 15 between March 2 and March 16 will receive the Xiaomi Pad 7 tablet as part of the launch promotion. Further, customers opting for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra within the same period can secure the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4, valued at 2599 PLN. Plus, new users are eligible for four months of Spotify Premium and three months of YouTube Premium, making the purchase even more enticing.
Xiaomi is not just bringing smartphones but also enriching its ecosystem with new accessories. Alongside the phone launch, they introduced new products like the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro and Xiaomi Watch S4, among others. These additional offerings are aimed at complementing the user's technology experience.
