Xiaomi has officially launched its new smartphone series, the Xiaomi 15, emphasizing its camera capabilities through strategic collaboration with Leica. The series includes two models: the Xiaomi 15 and the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, both of which are available for purchase starting at 26,990 baht.
According to Xiaomi's press release, the focus of the Xiaomi 15 series is on professional-grade photography. Coupled with Leica’s Summilux lens, which has an aperture of ƒ/1.63, it promises exceptional detail retention even in challenging lighting conditions.
Another highlight of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra’s camera setup is the telephoto lens, capable of capturing detailed images at 200 megapixels and offering optical zoom up to 200 millimeters through advanced sensor technology. Designed for versatility, the device features multiple camera configurations, including ultra-wide and telephoto lenses.
For those inclined toward more compact options, the standard Xiaomi 15 model features three rear cameras, similarly utilizing Leica Summilux lenses. This model maintains high-quality imaging with dynamic range enhancements, thanks to its integration of Light Fusion 900 technology. The camera speed has improved remarkably, allowing users to capture images with shutter response times as fast as 0.6 seconds.
Both models run on the Xiaomi HyperAI operating system, which integrates advanced AI features, streamlining user experience through tools like AI Art, AI Search, and AI Writing. This makes the smartphones not only powerful but also user-friendly.
