Wojciech Nikitiuk Joins YOC Poland From TVN Media

The experienced advertising professional takes on a new role to drive business growth and client relations.

Wojciech Nikitiuk has transitioned from TVN Media to YOC Poland, marking a significant shift in his career within the advertising industry. Nikitiuk has taken on the role of business development lead at YOC Poland, a technology company specializing in digital advertising.

In his new position, Nikitiuk will be responsible for collaborating with the company’s key clients, driving development, and acquiring new business partners, including brands that are currently not served by media and advertising agencies. His appointment comes at a time when YOC Poland has been experiencing impressive growth, with double-digit revenue increases year-on-year for at least five years.

Wojciech Nikitiuk boasts 18 years of experience in the advertising sector. Before joining YOC Poland, he worked at TVN Media, where he served as a special sales manager. His journey at TVN Media began in 2009, and he dedicated 13 years to the company, witnessing various changes, including ownership transitions to Warner Bros. Discovery.

Prior to his extensive tenure at TVN Media, Nikitiuk briefly worked at the Komunikacja Plus agency and Aldentro, a company under the ATM Grupa umbrella, from 2020 to 2021. He launched his professional career in 2007 in the marketing department of Akademickie Radio Kampus.

Wojciech Nowański, managing director of YOC Poland, expressed optimism about Nikitiuk’s arrival, stating, "I am very pleased with this transfer. YOC Poland has recorded double-digit revenue growth year-on-year for at least five years, and Wojtek's rich experience will allow us to expand our client portfolio to brands that have not been within the reach of agency cooperation, enabling us to maintain such business dynamics in the coming years."

Nikitiuk’s educational background includes a degree from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, where he studied sociology, and postgraduate studies in Public Relations from the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
