The UBSE conducted the board exams for both classes from February 21 to March 11, 2025, with the date sheet released on January 4, 2025. This year saw a total of 1,13,690 students registered for Class 10 and 1,09,713 for Class 12. The results were declared during a press conference held at the board’s office, where officials shared key statistics about the performance of students.

The pass percentage for Class 10 reflects a slight increase from last year, where the overall pass rate was 89.14%. The results indicate that girls once again outperformed boys, achieving a pass rate of 93.25% compared to boys' 88.20%. This trend highlights the effectiveness of educational initiatives aimed at promoting female education in the state.

In Class 12, the gender gap in performance continued, with girls achieving an impressive 86.20% pass rate, while boys recorded a pass rate of 80.10%. This year, 7,575 students in Class 12 received first division with distinction, which is about 7.12% of the total candidates. Students who wish to check their results can do so by logging in with their roll number, date of birth, and application number on the official websites. The online scorecard is provisional and should be retained until the original mark sheets are issued by schools in the coming weeks.

For those unable to access the official websites due to heavy traffic, results can also be checked via SMS by sending the appropriate format to a designated number. Furthermore, students can utilize the DigiLocker app to access their results digitally.

The UBSE has been praised for its consistent improvement in student outcomes over the years. As over 2.5 lakh students await their scores, the board has ensured multiple channels for result dissemination, including SMS and mobile applications, to make the process as smooth as possible.

As the results are now live, students are encouraged to download their provisional mark sheets and verify all details. In case of discrepancies, they should promptly report to their school authorities. The board has also announced that students can apply for re-evaluation of their papers within 21 days if they are unsatisfied with their marks.

This year's results not only reflect individual achievements but also the collective efforts of families and educational institutions in nurturing academic excellence across Uttarakhand. Congratulations to all the successful candidates for their outstanding performances!
