"Their complaints will be divided...the respective joint commissioners of temples will be responsible for the system. The devotees will be provided with responses for their feedback on their mobiles," said Minister Sekarbabu during the implementation at the Vadapalani Andavar temple.

The rollout includes temples such as the Kapaleeswarar, Vadivudaiamman, Sri Ranganathar, Dandayudhapani, Subramanya Swamy, and the Marudhamalai Murugan. Initially, the feedback questions will be posed in Tamil, but there are plans to incorporate additional languages like Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam as the system evolves.

This move signals significant engagement between religious institutions and the communities they serve. Through structured feedback, the temples can address various concerns from cleanliness to the quality of religious offerings, thereby improving their overall visitor experience.

Moving from sacred spaces to the high skies, Amalfi Jets—a premier private jet charter service—is also tapping customer feedback as part of their business strategy. Their Holiday Complaint Workshop campaign, running until December 31, 2024, invites clients to share grievances they’ve experienced with other jet charter services. This promotion is not just about addressing complaints; it's about transforming frustrations back to customer satisfaction.

"We believe in turning frustrations...something positive," stated Kolin Jones, Founder and CEO of Amalfi Jets. Customers are encouraged to submit screenshots of their complaints or issues from past experiences with other charter companies. For their participation, clients receive $2,500 flight credits for future journeys, along with $100 credit for Amalfi’s merchandise store.

Brian Francis, President of Sales at Amalfi Jets, added, "Customer satisfaction is our top priority...offering clients something in return as a token of our thanks for their participation." By incentivizing feedback, Amalfi Jets seeks to show immense respect for their clients’ experiences and perceptions, all within the celebration of the festive season.
