Unesp Announces Third Admission Call For 2025

Registration opens online for thousands of available spots across São Paulo.

The Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp) has officially announced the third call for admissions for its 2025 vestibular, opening opportunities for eager candidates across the state of São Paulo. This significant announcement will allow for over 6,596 vacancies spread across 24 different cities, providing access to higher education for many aspiring students.

Beginning on February 13, students can find the full list of accepted candidates and their respective details posted on the Unesp website as well as the Vunesp system. The registration period for this third call will take place solely online, allowing students to confirm their places from February 13 to February 14.

The array of cities offering these spots includes the likes of São Paulo, Bauru, Araçatuba, and Marília among others, each hosting various available courses. With this distributed approach, Unesp aims to cater to the educational needs of numerous communities, thereby enhancing access to quality education.

An important aspect of Unesp’s admissions policy is its commitment to inclusivity. Under the Sistema de Reserva de Vagas para Educação Básica Pública, 50% of the vacancies for each course are designated for students who have completed their entire high school education at public institutions. This initiative stands as part of Unesp's broader effort to increase diversity within its student body, as 35% of these reserved spaces are allocated for self-declared black, brown, or indigenous candidates.

"A matrícula em terceira chamada será realizada em 13 e 14 de fevereiro, de forma virtual," stated Unesp officials, emphasizing the importance of this online process for facilitating student registration.

Unesp also continues to support candidates by allowing for the accommodation of vacant spots through various channels. Specifically, students who took the Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) for the years 2023 or 2024 can express their interest and participate in subsequent calls without necessarily being enrolled in the Unesp vestibular. This provision shows Unesp's flexibility and commitment to provide comprehensive access to education.

The timeline for these future admissions extends to March 14, with calls for enrollments occurring regularly, thereby ensuring all eligible candidates have ample opportunity to secure their placement within this well-respected institution.

Established as one of the largest and most reputed public universities in Latin America, Unesp boasts around 50,000 students and 34 campuses throughout the state. The institution not only offers undergraduate and graduate programs but also maintains pre-university preparatory courses and community extension programs.

For more information on degrees and the registration process, prospective students are encouraged to visit Unesp’s various online platforms, including Vunesp and Unesp's official vestibular page. Interested candidates can also reach out through the "Fale Conosco" link available on the Vunesp site, which provides direct assistance for any inquiries related to the admissions process.

Overall, the third call for the Unesp Vestibular 2025 not only signifies the university's dedication to increasing educational access but also highlights its proactive measures to connect with potential students across the state.
