Ukraine Launches ‘Pulse’ Platform For Entrepreneur Feedback

New initiative aims to improve government services through digital feedback.

Viktor Mikita, the Deputy Head of the President’s Office, affirmed the initiative’s importance, stating, "Together with the Ministry of Economy, we are implementing new digital tools for effective interaction between the government and business at all levels. This allows for rapid responses to entrepreneurs’ requests, to support them, and to formulate important initiatives for discussion at the Congress of local and regional authorities with the President of Ukraine." His words highlight the collaborative vision intended to bolster the relationship between governmental bodies and business owners.

The ‘Pulse’ platform enables entrepreneurs to assess the quality of services rendered by the government. Integrated seamlessly within the taxpayer's electronic account, it allows for smooth navigation and interaction. Entrepreneurs can log in to the Unified Taxpayer Account, evaluate their experience with government institutions, and submit their feedback directly through the platform.

Interestingly, the system is set to encourage continual engagement. If entrepreneurs do not provide their assessment after their initial interaction, they will receive reminders through the platform, starting one week post-experience, and continuing on a monthly basis thereafter. This ensures sustained feedback collection for the government to analyze.

By digitally collecting and categorizing these responses, the Ministry of Economy plans to develop the Entrepreneur Satisfaction Score, which will serve as a benchmark for improving the quality of government services.
