Tyler, The Creator And Doja Cat To Headline Outside Lands

The festival returns to San Francisco with over 110 acts and exciting new features.

The 2025 Outside Lands festival is set to be a star-studded event, featuring an impressive lineup headlined by Tyler, the Creator, Doja Cat, and Hozier. This annual celebration of music and culture will take place from August 8-10 in San Francisco's iconic Golden Gate Park.

Festival organizers have announced that more than 110 acts will perform at this year’s festival, ensuring a diverse array of musical experiences for attendees. Alongside the headliners, fans can expect to see performances from notable artists such as Doechii, Anderson .Paak & the Free Nationals, Vampire Weekend, Gracie Abrams, Glass Animals, Jamie xx, Ludacris, Jorja Smith, and the Bay Area’s own Still Woozy.

Allen Scott, co-founder of Outside Lands and president of concerts and festivals at Another Planet Entertainment, expressed his excitement about the upcoming event. “We are beyond excited to return to Golden Gate Park, where we’ll be celebrating everything that makes San Francisco truly world-class — its vibrant culture, its incredible community, and of course, our one-of-a-kind Outside Lands festival,” he stated. Scott highlighted that this year’s lineup reflects the dynamic, ever-evolving tastes of the Bay Area, aiming to create an unforgettable experience for all festival-goers.

Tickets for the festival will go on sale today, March 26, 2025, at 10 a.m. PT, starting at $499 for a three-day general admission pass. Fans eager to attend can purchase tickets through the official festival website, www.sfoutsidelands.com.

In the lead-up to the announcement, fans engaged in a guessing game, piecing together clues shared by festival organizers on social media. Many were thrilled to confirm that Hozier would be part of the lineup, as he is scheduled to perform at the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harvey’s during the same weekend as Outside Lands, as part of his "Unreal Unearth" tour.

Tyler, the Creator, who previously headlined Outside Lands in 2021, is also making a return after having to cancel his performance last year. During his absence, Sabrina Carpenter filled in for him at the festival. Tyler's recent appearances include his "Chromakopia" tour, which saw him perform two nights in the Bay Area just earlier this month.

This year’s festival will also feature a dedicated electronic dance music area known as SOMA, returning to Marx Meadow with an open-air format. This area will showcase house and techno performances from prominent artists, including Black Coffee, Claude VonStroke, and British producer Floating Points, who recently composed the electronic score for the San Francisco Ballet’s production of "Mere Mortals."

Additionally, the festival will bring back the City Hall wedding venue, which debuted last year, allowing couples the unique opportunity to marry amid the eucalyptus trees of McLaren Pass during the festivities. The Dolores stage will also return, celebrating queer, trans, and DIY communities, with the full lineup to be announced later.

Gracie Abrams, who has gained significant traction in the music scene, is among the headliners and is expected to deliver a memorable performance. She recently opened for Taylor Swift at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara in 2023, showcasing her growing popularity.

Doja Cat, another major draw for the festival, last performed in the Bay Area during a Halloween show at Chase Center in 2023. Her energetic performances and unique style have made her a fan favorite, and expectations are high for her set at Outside Lands.

The lineup also includes a variety of other popular artists, such as Anderson .Paak, Glass Animals, and Gesaffelstein, ensuring that there will be something for everyone at this year’s festival. Other notable acts on the bill include almost monday, Mark Ambor, Rebecca Black, Ludacris, and FINNEAS, among many others.

As the festival approaches, excitement continues to build among fans and locals alike. The Outside Lands festival has become more than just a music event; it has solidified its place as a cornerstone of San Francisco’s cultural identity. Scott remarked, “Outside Lands has become more than just a festival; it’s a cornerstone of San Francisco’s identity. It’s our annual celebration and reminder that this city isn’t just any city — it’s one of the best in the world.”

With a blend of established artists and emerging talents, the 2025 Outside Lands festival promises to deliver an unforgettable experience for attendees, showcasing the vibrant music culture that San Francisco is known for. As the countdown begins, fans are encouraged to secure their tickets early to be part of this iconic event.
