These leaders emphasized the importance of the newspaper as the voice of the Party and government of Tuyen Quang.

Mai Duc Thong, the General Editor of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, opened the event by recounting the humble beginnings of the newspaper—starting as a small four-page black-and-white publication with limited issues and transforming over the years to become the province's key informational outlet.

Le Quoc Minh, during his address, commended Tuyen Quang Newspaper’s pivotal role, stating, "The contribution of Tuyen Quang Newspaper has significantly propelled the progress of the Party’s journalism system nationwide."
