The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) has taken significant steps to bolster vocational training at Pionier Boys' School, located in Windhoek, Namibia. During the ceremony, Ambassador Oruçkaptan emphasized Türkiye’s unwavering commitment to global development and technical assistance through TIKA. She highlighted the success of TIKA's initiatives, stating, "TIKA has completed 112 projects in Namibia so far, which showcases our dedication to making impactful contributions to both education and the local economy."
