Subscribers can also take a photo of their meter to facilitate the verification process.

If additional documents are required, such as proof of ownership or address verification, users can upload these directly through the application. After all information is entered and documents uploaded, the subscriber can submit their request for review.

The Saudi Electricity Company will then verify the submitted data and documents to ensure accuracy. Once the information is approved, subscribers will receive confirmation that their meter has been successfully registered, allowing them to track their meter status through their personal account within the application.
