Candidates can check their results online at eapcet.tgche.ac.in starting at 11 AM

NEW DELHI: The results for the Telangana Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET), now officially referred to as TS EAPCET, are set to be announced today, May 11, 2025, at 11 AM. The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTU) will be declaring the results during a press conference at the Chief Minister Anumula Revanth Reddy's residence, according to official notifications.

Candidates who participated in the examination can check their results on the official website, eapcet.tgche.ac.in. To access their results, applicants must enter their registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth.

This year, a total of 2,20,327 candidates registered for the engineering stream, with approximately 2,07,190 appearing for the exam, resulting in an impressive attendance rate of over 94%. In the Agriculture and Pharmacy stream, 81,198 out of 86,762 registered candidates took the exam, reflecting a strong turnout.

The minimum passing marks for TS EAPCET 2025 are set at 25%. However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) are exempt from this requirement, as no minimum qualifying mark is needed for them.

Alongside the results, the TS EAMCET rank cards will include essential details such as candidates' names, gender, category, stream, marks secured, intermediate marks weightage, hall ticket number, application number, and registration ID. It is crucial for candidates to review all the information for accuracy upon accessing their results.

For the engineering stream, the TS EAMCET was conducted from May 2 to May 4, while the Agriculture and Pharmacy exams were held on April 29 and 30. The results will be made available online shortly after the official announcement.

As the results are released, candidates will also be informed about the ranks along with marks for both Engineering and Agriculture & Pharmacy streams, the top ten toppers in both fields, and attendance particulars. This comprehensive information will assist students in understanding their performance and planning their next steps.

The expected closing ranks for various engineering programs have been projected based on previous years' data. For instance, the expected closing rank for JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad, is between 1,200 and 1,700, compared to the previous year's closing rank of 1,399. Similarly, the University College of Engineering, Osmania University, is projected to have a closing rank of 1,600 to 2,100, with last year's closing rank being 1,850.

For candidates aiming for Computer Science Engineering, the expected closing rank is between 500 and 580, while the previous year's rank was 5400 to 5430. This information is vital for students to gauge their chances of admission into their desired institutions.

In addition to the results, the TS EAMCET authorities have released provisional answer keys for both streams prior to the announcement of results, inviting objections from candidates. This step ensures transparency and allows students to verify their answers against the official keys.

Students are encouraged to keep their login credentials handy for easy access to their results. The process to check results is straightforward:

  1. Visit the official website at eapcet.tgche.ac.in.
  2. On the homepage, click on the TS EAMCET result link.
  3. Enter your registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth.
  4. Click 'Submit' to view your result.
  5. Download and print your scorecard for future reference.

Following the results announcement, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will soon release the TS EAMCET counselling schedule. This counselling will be conducted online in three rounds, where candidates will need to pay a processing fee, select their preferred courses and colleges, and book a slot for certificate verification.

For students aspiring for admission into top colleges in Telangana, understanding the expected safe ranks for various programs is crucial. Based on exam difficulty, a safe rank for admission to top colleges is projected to be below 26,000, while a standard rank is around 50,000.

Moreover, specific colleges have been identified for various ranks. For instance, students achieving a rank within the top 2,000 in the General category can expect to secure a free seat at Osmania University.

As the clock ticks down to the results announcement, candidates and their families are filled with anticipation. The TS EAMCET results not only determine academic paths but also shape futures in engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy fields.

For further updates, candidates are encouraged to stay connected with the official website and avoid unofficial portals to prevent misinformation. The TS EAMCET scorecard is valid for one year, and students are advised to keep a copy for future reference.

As the results are set to be released, the entire academic community awaits to see who will emerge as the toppers in this competitive examination. Last year's top candidates included Satyavada Jyoti Reddy from Srikakulam AP and Gollalekha Harsha from Kurnool, among others.

In summary, the TS EAMCET results will be a pivotal moment for many students, marking a significant milestone in their educational journey.
