TRT-1 Announces Public Concurso For Judicial Positions

The Rio de Janeiro tribunal opens applications for technician and analyst roles, offering competitive salaries and benefits.

The Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 1ª Região (TRT-1), located in Rio de Janeiro, has announced the opening of public exams to form a reserve pool for positions as judicial technicians and analysts.

The announcement, made on February 12, indicates initial salaries ranging from R$ 9,052.51 for technicians to R$ 14,852.66 for analysts, complemented by food allowances totaling R$ 1,460.40. Certain specialized roles will also have additional remuneration.

Applications will be accepted from 10 AM on February 17 until 11:59 PM on March 18, via the Fundação Carlos Chagas (FCC) website. The registration fees are set at R$ 90 for technicians and R$ 110 for analysts. Fee waivers are available for qualifying individuals, including those registered with the Cadastro Único for Social Programs and bone marrow donors.

Positions will not be filled immediately, as the competition aims to establish a reserve pool. The results will be valid for two years, with the possibility of extending this period for another two years, as per the operational needs of the TRT-1.

For the analyst role, various areas of expertise are open, including Judiciária, Officiant Evaluator Federal, Accounting, and several specialties within healthcare and engineering.

Technicians will work primarily within administrative roles or specialized fields such as judicial police. Notably, those applying for the police judicial post will need to clear physical fitness tests scheduled for August, after the initial exams.

The examination process will consist of objective tests with 60 questions, followed by specific case studies or writing assignments. The tests are scheduled for May 25, with morning sessions for technicians and afternoon slots for analysts.

Detailed requirements and job descriptions have been published and are accessible on the Diário Oficial da União website.

The recruitment process is expected to follow strict guidelines, ensuring fair representation with quotas for candidates with disabilities and those from historically underrepresented groups.
