Regan, who has co-owned the business with Lesley Hitchen for over six years, stated, "We have been trying our very best to be the best and serve the good quality products we do. We have tried to keep up with the times," he said. "I strive to be the best and I want to be the best – but understand other people have their preferences and like other places."
