The Tomorrowland Festival has once again captured the attention of electronic music fans, with all 200,000 tickets for this year’s event selling out within just 18 minutes. According to the festival spokesperson, Debby Wilmsen, the presale began on Saturday at 11:00 AM, and by 11:18 AM, every ticket had been reserved, with payments fully processed by 11:30 AM.
"This incredible interest for Tomorrowland is amazing, but it also leads to many disappointments," Wilmsen admitted. The festival's team is preparing to take action against fraudulent ticket resales, cautioning fans about scammers offering fake tickets. She emphasized, "The only way to be sure you're buying genuine tickets is to go through Tomorrowland."
For those who missed out on the initial ticket sales, another opportunity will arise this Saturday afternoon when the global presale kicks off at 5:00 PM, allowing Belgians to join as well. The worldwide sale is set for next Saturday, February 1st.
This year marks the 19th edition of Tomorrowland, featuring the theme "Orbyz," which is set to reveal a hidden community existing under colossal glacial ice. The festival will take place over two weekends: from Friday, July 18th, to Sunday, July 20th, and again from Friday, July 25th, to Sunday, July 27th.
True to its tradition, Tomorrowland will welcome numerous Belgian artists, including DJs Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens, Amber Broos, and Helena Lauwaert.
