Those who pay their Predial tax online via www.tijuana.gob.mx, starting January 2, 2025, will receive an additional 3% discount.
The fiscal stimulus program will be valid throughout the first three months of 2025, encouraging timely tax payments. For this month, residents paying their Predial tax will receive a 12% discount; this will drop to 10% in February, followed by 5% for payments made in March.
Citizens can easily make these payments not only at the Palacio Municipal but also at nine municipal delegation offices and at various convenience stores such as OXXO, Seven Eleven, and Walmart. This broad accessibility aims to facilitate the contribution process, ensuring citizens can complete their transactions conveniently.
The Mayor reiterated the importance of citizens fulfilling their tax obligations, indicating these funds will directly contribute to the city's development. "I invite the citizens of Tijuana to come and make their Predial tax payments, taking advantage of the early payment discounts. The payment of your contributions will be used to improve the city for everyone's benefit," said Burgueño.
