Meanwhile, Keraunos Gavalaos faced defeat against Aris Lepenus, who triumphed with 3-1.

The closing rounds of the B and C categories also took place, with significant wins for teams like AO Lygias, who claimed victory against AE Alyzias 5-1, and Asteras Agriniou, defeating Asteras Mesologiou 3-0. The standout athlete of the event was Thetis-Garanzogianni, who won the women’s pentathlon category with 3724 points, making her mark with the best record across both K20 and K23 age categories at the Eastern Central Greece Athletics Association. Her performance included stellar runs and jumps, including individual records such as 8.85 seconds for the 60m hurdles and 2:25.44 for the 800m. These achievements not only highlight her talent but also bring pride to her club, Evvoikos G.A.S., and her coaching staff, pushing the boundaries of female athletics forward.

Also taking place on the same weekend was the Orthodox Basketball Championship under the auspices of the Archdiocese. Games featured competitive matchups, with teams striving for playoff positions as the regular season draws to its close. Highlights included local Brooklyn derbies, eliciting great excitement among participants and fans alike. Adding to the competitive spirit, the Cycling Department of Spartiatikos G.S. participated successfully at the Local Championship of Peloponnese - Western Greece XCO and XCC 2025. Noteworthy results included Periklis Vergados winning gold for mini boys, and Nani Alexia Hatzidakis breaking personal records to secure victory for the women’s category. Their determination and effective coaching contributed to outstanding performances, representing their club well.
