On February 26, 2025, at 18:00 local time, the Thailand women's national football team faced Uzbekistan at the Hamriyah CSC Stadium for the third match of the Pink Ladies Cup 2025. Thailand, ranked 45th globally, was coming off losses against Russia and South Korea, with scores of 1-3 and 0-4 respectively. Uzbekistan, on the other hand, had lost to South Korea 0-3 and managed to secure a win against Jordan, finishing 1-0.
Under the guidance of coach Futoshi Ikeda, the Thai team began the match with determination and controlled much of the game. Despite their dominance, they struggled to find the back of the net. The first notable opportunity came in the 28th minute from a direct free kick taken by Chatchawal Rodthong. Her left-footed shot almost gave Thailand the lead but was narrowly saved, resulting in a missed corner.

Despite continuous pressure and several close calls, the match ended with both sides still searching for goals, finalizing at 0-0.
The Thailand women's national team will return home and is set to arrive at Suvarnabhumi International Airport on February 28, 2025, at 06:45. They are expected to regroup for training during the FIFA Day scheduled for April.
