Switzerland Park Residential Complex Nears Completion In Nizhny Novgorod

The first residential project by a Samara developer promises modern living with scenic views and ample amenities.

Preparing for the commissioning of the "Switzerland Park" residential complex, located on Gagarin Avenue in Nizhny Novgorod, the Samara-based developer, LLC "SZ StroyKa," is set to complete the project by late 2025. The residential complex will feature one 18-story building comprising 215 apartments, with sizes ranging from 38 to 109 square meters. The handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.

The "Switzerland Park" complex marks the Samara developer's first project in Nizhny Novgorod and is strategically situated adjacent to the picturesque Switzerland Park, which lends a serene backdrop to the urban environment. According to the developer, "The complex is only a 10 to 15-minute drive from the city center, where business and cultural activities come alive. This prime location integrates the residential complex into the natural surroundings, essentially extending the park's green spaces into the residential area.”

As outlined by the developer's representatives, the apartments will boast 3.4-meter ceilings, panoramic glazing, and terraces, particularly in the upper units, offering breathtaking views of the Oka River and the surrounding lush landscapes. The project will also feature underground parking, common areas, and beautifully landscaped private grounds. Families can anticipate three children’s playgrounds and a sports area within the vicinity, providing amenities that cater to both young and older residents alike.

Developer Vladimir Volovikov emphasized the importance of the project’s environmental integration. "The Switzerland Park residential complex is a unique project, largely due to its location. We decided to integrate it into this environment, making the complex virtually an extension of the park area. Attention has been directed toward improving the territory to maximize the advantages of the location while ensuring a well-thought-out commercial, social, and transport infrastructure,” he stated.

Currently, finishing touches are being applied, including the installation of communications and the finalization of internal works. The completion of these tasks is pivotal, as the developer is keen on securing a timely handover to future residents.

In tandem with the "Switzerland Park" development, the Samara-based developer has plans for another project in the region, which is set to take place in Kstovo under the new legal entity "Capital Stroy." While details about the specifics of this project remain undisclosed, the developer's commitment to enhancing the residential offerings in the Nizhny Novgorod region is unmistakable.

The anticipated completion of the "Switzerland Park" residential complex has brought excitement within the community, as it promises to enhance the living standards and available amenities in the area. Residents can look forward to a contemporary living space, surrounded by nature and conveniently located near urban facilities.

As the project nears its expected completion date, the developer is actively engaging with potential buyers and the community to provide updates and foster excitement about the future of this new addition to Nizhny Novgorod's housing landscape.
