Preparing for the commissioning of the "Switzerland Park" residential complex, located on Gagarin Avenue in Nizhny Novgorod, the Samara-based developer, LLC "SZ StroyKa," is set to complete the project by late 2025. The residential complex will feature one 18-story building comprising 215 apartments, with sizes ranging from 38 to 109 square meters. The handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.

In tandem with the "Switzerland Park" development, the Samara-based developer has plans for another project in the region, which is set to take place in Kstovo under the new legal entity "Capital Stroy."
