Starbucks Unveils Irresistible Valentine's Day 2025 Drink Menu

Featuring unique combinations of blackberry, sage, and chocolate for the romantic season.

Starbucks is making this Valentine’s Day more special with the introduction of its tantalizing new drinks menu, set to launch on February 4, 2025. The beloved coffee chain is spicing up its offerings with limited-time beverages sure to delight consumers during the romantic season.

Rolling out two new indulgently sweet drinks alongside refreshing newcomers, Starbucks aims to capture the essence of love and flavor this Valentine’s Day. Customers can expect to see the return of fan-favorites as well as some innovative new creations.

The new additions feature:

  • Blackberry Sage Refresher: A unique blend combining the tastes of sweet blackberries with notes of sage, this refreshing drink is shaken with ice, green coffee extract, and dried blackberries.
  • Blackberry Sage Lemonade Refresher: This variant combines blackberry flavors with lemonade, shaken together with green coffee extract and served over ice.
  • Midnight Drink: A creamy delight featuring blackberry and sage flavors shaken with coconut milk and ice.
  • Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Crème Frappuccino: This chocolatey treat includes strawberry puree mixed with Frappuccino chips, layered with whipped cream and mocha drizzle, ensuring sweet indulgence.
  • Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie Cold Brew: Made from Starbucks’ signature cold brew, this drink is sweetened with vanilla syrup and topped off with decadent chocolatey hazelnut cream cold foam and chocolate cookie crumbles.

Starbucks will offer these beverages as part of its seasonal menu, aimed at facilitating delightful experiences for lovebirds and coffee enthusiasts alike. The limited-edition drinks will be available at U.S. stores for as long as supplies last.

Billy Altieri, Starbucks’ Lead Beverage Developer, expressed enthusiasm over the new drinks, stating, “Imagine you’re walking through a garden: You’re smelling fresh herbs and then berries. That’s really what you’re getting with this beverage — a balance of subtle notes of sage and sweet blackberry flavors.”

The beloved company is also introducing Valentine’s Day-themed cold cups and tumblers, allowing customers to enjoy their treats with festive flair. Starbucks is clearly investing not only in drink varieties but also unique merchandise to create memorable experiences.

While delighting its customers with seasonal indulgences, Starbucks is taking broader steps by optimizing its menu overall. CEO Brian Niccol has outlined plans to reduce beverage and food options by about 30% by the end of fiscal year 2025, aligning with customer trends and preferences.

“We’ll work to lead this market with breakthrough beverage and food innovation,” Niccol asserted, hinting at exciting developments to come.

Starbucks has already attracted attention with its innovative menu changes and recently reintroduced condiment bars to improve customer experience. This strategy indicates the company’s commitment to remain relevant and responsive to changing consumer desires.

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, these new drinks are expected to generate buzz and encourage festive gatherings around steaming cups of love-inspired concoctions. For coffee lovers longing for something special, this year’s limited-time offering promises to leave lasting impressions.
