Joshua Morgan, President of the South Bend FOP Lodge #36, expressed the motivation behind this heartwarming initiative. "I’m in a position now, obviously with Santa’s Elf-icers and as a police officer, I’m able to give back and this is absolutely one of the ways, one of the reasons why I do this job, why we have this program," he stated.
The festivities didn’t stop there. Local residents Lucas and Dave Bond, who describe themselves as "Christmas freaks," embody the joy and excitement of the season.
