Sony Launches Premium Bravia 9 Mini LED TV Series

Bravia 9 offers advanced technology and stunning visuals for Indian consumers

Sony has officially launched its Bravia 9 series of 4K mini LED televisions in India, eleviating the viewing experience for tech enthusiasts. These new models integrate advanced features and state-of-the-art technology, making them one of the most sought-after entertainment devices available.

The Bravia 9 series will come in two sizes: 75 inches and 85 inches, ensuring they fit seamlessly within various living spaces. Starting at ₹4,49,990 for the 75-inch model and ₹5,99,990 for the 85-inch version, these televisions are positioned as premium offerings.

One of the standout features is the One Slate design, which merges the screen and bezel for minimal distraction. This aesthetic appeal is paired with practical design elements, like the curved steel stand which adds elegance, and the Underlay Stand which supports multiple soundbar positions.

Under the hood, the Bravia 9 utilizes the AI Processor XR, responsible for optimizing multiple aspects of the viewing experience. This processor works to deliver vibrant colors, deep contrasts, and exceptional clarity, making it ideal for movies, shows, and games alike.

Sony claims the TV delivers superior image quality through technologies like XR Contrast Booster 30. This feature enhances the depth and detail of images by controlling backlighting for richer blacks and brighter whites.

With its support for advanced formats like Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, viewers can enjoy cinema-quality experiences at home. The series also includes Studio Calibrated Modes geared for optimal viewing across streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video.

For gamers, the Bravia 9 doesn’t hold back either, boasting features like Auto HDR Tone Mapping and Auto Game Mode. Any serious gamer will appreciate the 4K/120fps support and smooth gameplay facilitated by Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM).

Additional features include Acoustic Multi-Audio+, with built-in tweeters and advanced sound technology to create immersive audio experiences. This setup aims to synchronize audio to on-screen action, enhancing the overall viewing experience.

Powered by Google TV, the Bravia 9 offers access to over 400,000 movies and TV episodes, alongside 10,000 apps and games. Users can also utilize voice search and integrate Apple devices through features like AirPlay 2 and HomeKit.

Another interesting aspect is the Bravia CAM, which brings gesture controls and video call capabilities to the television. Although the CAM is sold separately, it adds to the suite of modern conveniences this smart TV offers.

Sony's commitment to environmental sustainability is evident as well. The Bravia 9 series incorporates eco-friendly practices as part of Sony's broader Road to Zero initiative, aiming for zero environmental impact by 2050.

Overall, the launch of the Bravia 9 series signals Sony's intent to dominate the premium TV segment. With its innovative technologies and luxurious design, it promises not just to meet but exceed consumer expectations.
