During the day, highs will struggle to reach above freezing, particularly ranging from -1 to 2 degrees Celsius. Michał Kowalczuk, meteorological expert, noted, “The cold nights will not be the last of their kind for the foreseeable future. With current conditions influenced by extensive high-pressure systems over southern Scandinavia and western Russia, Poland is firmly under the influence of this cold air stream.” Kowalczuk highlighted the expectation of continued frosty nights interspersed with very little warming during the day.
