"The app shows error code 8201 and the website has completely disappeared. It’s incredibly frustrating!" stated another upset user. Yet, the Vodafone network checker suggested no known national issues, leaving customers even more confused.

Identified outages included difficulties with mobile phones, mobile internet, and landline services. Roughly 38% of complaints were tied to mobile phones, followed closely by mobile internet issues.

Within the telecom community, these outages have prompted discussions about reliability and service quality. With over 18 million mobile customers and around 1.38 million broadband users, Vodafone's outages hit hard.
