Sachsen Opens New Tokyo Branch School To Expand Reach

Succeed aims to improve educational accessibility and performance with its first school outside Kanagawa

On December 16, 2024, Succeed Co., Ltd. (証券コード9256) announced the opening of its new educational institution, the "Kobetsu Shidō Gakuin Succeed Rokuchō School," located in Adachi Ward, Tokyo. This marks the company's first foray outside of Kanagawa Prefecture, where it has successfully operated 28 tutoring schools and two others across Chiba, primarily around the cities of Yokohama and Kawasaki.

The new Rokuchō school is conveniently situated just a seven-minute walk from the Rokuchō Station on the Tsukuba Express line. This location aims to tap the continually increasing number of children living along the Tsukuba Express corridor, reflecting Succeed's strategic expansion plan. The company is not just interested in opening schools but enhancing its visibility and selecting the right sites where educational needs are growing.

Succeed, established in April 2004 and headquartered on the 8th floor of the Daiki Seimei Building, 1-4-15 Takadanobaba, Shinjuku, Tokyo, brings substantial experience to its new Tokyo branch. It has focused on providing individual tutoring, as well as human resource support for the educational and welfare sectors, among other services. The company's capital stands at 337.09 million yen, and it aims to cultivate its reputation steadily within the new local community.

The company's representative director, Takagi Taka, expressed optimism about the new opening, stating, “We aim to be consistently chosen by our customers by enhancing our presence within the local area.” With this new school, Succeed plans not only to serve the educational sector but also to integrate more deeply within community dynamics, providing residents and parents with reliable educational options for their children.

The new school aims to provide personalized education plans catered to the unique needs of each student, ensuring they receive the attention necessary to excel academically. Succeed emphasizes the importance of individual learning styles and tailors its teaching methods accordingly. With the rise of customization in education, parents are increasingly seeking unique programs for their children, making this approach particularly appealing.

While Succeed's history is rooted firmly within the boundaries of Kanagawa, the decision to open its first school in Tokyo stems from extensive market research showing successful educational establishments are increasingly needed. The Tsukuba Express line has experienced significant growth, and child population projections reveal promising trends. This expansion integrates well with Succeed’s mission to create accessible education options and contribute positively to community development.

Upon opening, the Rokuchō academy joins Succeed’s network of schools already renowned for their dedication to student success and customer satisfaction. Each location offers personalized tutoring services aimed at helping students overcome academic challenges, learning to strategize effectively to achieve their educational goals.

For potential students and their families, the Rokuchō school offers not just academic support, but also aims to cultivate soft skills necessary for broader life success, fostering not only knowledgeable students but well-rounded individuals prepared for the future.

With this endeavor, Succeed enters the competitive Tokyo tutoring market, where numerous options abound. Understanding what parents look for when choosing educational support, Succeed is well aware it needs to provide not only quality education but also build trust and community ties. The company's approach builds on years of experience to create appropriate programs targeting the varied needs of students.

Looking at the bigger picture, Succeed aims to establish itself as not just another school but as part of a broader conversation on education and child development. With continuous dialogue with parents and the community, the organization aspires to create long-standing relationships and to adapt its offerings based on real community needs. Succeed's potential for success will depend on its ability to integrate effectively, listen to feedback, and adapt to the educational climate.

Overall, as Succeed opens its doors at its new Rokuchō branch, both the company and the families of Adachi Ward await the outcomes of this new educational venture, which hopes to merge quality education with accessible and personalized support. This opening may serve as the initial step toward significantly impacting the educational opportunities available for families along the Tsukuba Express corridor.
