The Logistics Processes Factory is described as a training ground where participants gain practical experience applying lean manufacturing tools to logistics operations. Irina Savelieva, head of the regional competence center, noted, "Participants can optimize inventory levels and understand how improvements influence logistics processes' operational and economic performance."
Through hands-on training sessions, over 750 employees gained insights and practical experiences by engaging with specific tools aimed at enhancing productivity—key for the national project’s objective of achieving 5% annual productivity growth across the nation.
