RRB ALP CBT 1 Result 2025 Released For Candidates

Results for Assistant Loco Pilot CBT 1 now available on RRB website; next exam scheduled for March 2025.

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially announced the RRB ALP CBT 1 Result 2025 for the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) recruitment examination. Candidates who appeared for the Computer-Based Test (CBT-I) can now access their results on the official RRB website.

The result list features candidates’ 15-digit roll numbers arranged solely in ascending order and not ranked by merit. Those who successfully cleared the CBT 1 exam are now set to advance to the subsequent stage—CBT 2, slated for March 19 and 20, 2025.

From February 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM, candidates can log onto the RRB portal, enter their Registration Number and Date of Birth, and download their individual scorecards. The RRB has facilitated this process, ensuring candidates remain informed about their status through direct access to their results.

The initial CBT-I examination was conducted over five days from November 25 to November 29, 2024. Each candidate who passed the exam will receive notifications via SMS and email about downloading their City intimation letter, aimed at providing details about their examination venue approximately ten days prior to the CBT 2 exam.

"Candidates who passed the exam will now appear for CBT-2," stated the RRB, reinforcing the movement from one stage of recruitment to another.

This recruitment drive aims to fill 18,799 Assistant Loco Pilot positions, with the RRB having recently increased the number of vacancies from the initial count of 5,966 to meet rising demands from various Zonal Railways.

To check the RRB ALP CBT 1 Result 2025, candidates should follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official RRB website for your respective region.
  2. Find the “RRB ALP CBT 1 Result 2025” link on the homepage.
  3. Click on the result link; this will open up a new page.
  4. Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth in the required fields.
  5. Hit the “Submit” button to view your result.
  6. Download the result and save the PDF for future reference.

After accessing the results, candidates should also familiarize themselves with the cut-off marks, which provide insights on the minimum scores required to be eligible for the next exam phase. Along with this, the RRB has advised all candidates to maintain vigilance by checking the official RRB website frequently for updates and other relevant information.

Echoing the RRB’s commitment to transparency, it emphasized, “All the shortlisted candidates must understand their candidature for the 2nd stage examination is provisional and can be canceled at any stage due to any discrepancy or malpractice during the recruitment process.”

Merely being invited to the 2nd stage examination does not guarantee employment within the Railways, and candidates must prepare diligently for the upcoming CBT-2 if they seek to secure one of the coveted Loco Pilot positions.

Therefore, as candidates move forward, their focus should remain sharp not just on celebrating their current success but also on preparing for the challenges of the upcoming assessments. It’s not just about clearing the tests but gearing up for what is to follow, and with over 18,000 job openings, every candidate must be at their best.
