RPF Sub-Inspector 2025 Exam Results Released

Over 4,500 candidates qualify for next stages of Railway recruitment tests

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) officially announced the results for the Railway Police Force (RPF) Sub-Inspector (SI) recruitment exam on March 3, 2025. Following the Computer-Based Test (CBT), which took place between December 2 and 13, 2024, a total of 4,527 candidates have been shortlisted for the next stage, which includes the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT).

With 15,35,635 candidates participating, only those who met the cutoff requirements have been able to move forward. The aim of this recruitment drive was to fill 450 vacancies for Sub-Inspector positions within the RPF. Candidates seeking to qualify needed to achieve at least 35% marks for General (UR), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL), and 30% for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories.

"Candidates must regularly check the official RRB website for updates on the next stages of the recruitment process," remarked a spokesperson for the RRB. This recruitment has substantial importance for candidates seeking to join the Railway Protection Force, as it is one of the prominent employment opportunities within government sectors.

To view their results, candidates can visit the official RRB website or their zonal RRB portal. Steps include going to the 'Recruitment' or 'Results' section on the homepage, clicking on the link titled “RPF SI Result 2025,” and examining the published PDF file for their roll number.

Qualified candidates are advised to keep preparing for the upcoming PET and PMT rounds. The dates for these tests are anticipated to be released shortly, and the RRB has urged candidates to remain diligent and alert for information on document verification and other procedures associated with the selection process.

Notably, the results are provisional and may be canceled at any recruitment phase if any discrepancies are noted. This emphasizes the importance of accurate and truthful reporting during the application process.

For candidates eagerly awaiting the results, downloads of individual scorecards will be made available starting from March 6, 2025. This can be accessed by logging onto the RRB portal and entering the required Registration Number along with the Date of Birth.

The commitment to transparency is evident as candidates are encouraged to monitor their eligibility and any updates. Essentially, this round of recruitment brings renewed opportunities for job seekers and is expected to impact the dynamics of railway security positively.

Viable paths leading to success hinge on thorough preparation and continuous engagement with the RRB's announcements. This will not only help them excel through subsequent selection phases but also secure their roles within the RPF.
