RPF SI 2025 Recruitment Results Released Today

Over 4,500 candidates qualify for next steps after rigorous selection process

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially announced the results for the Railway Protection Force (RPF) Sub-Inspector (SI) examination on March 3, 2025. Around 15,35,635 candidates participated in this year's Computer-Based Test (CBT), which took place from December 2 to 13, 2024. The eagerly awaited results are now live on the official RRB website, and candidates can find the results by searching for their roll numbers in the provided list.

Out of those who took the exam, only 4,527 candidates have been declared qualified to proceed to the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) rounds, which represent the second stage of the selection process. Candidates must keep track of the updates via SMS or email, as the exact dates for the PET and PMT will be communicated through these channels. RRB emphasized the importance of staying alert as these notices will be posted soon.

The detailed results, alongside the category-wise cut off marks, were released at the same time. For candidates wishing to download their scorecards, RRB indicates this will be possible starting March 6, 2025. To access their individual scorecards, candidates will need to enter their Registration Number and Date of Birth, which serves as their user password. This necessary step ensures candidates can view their section-wise scores for the exam.

For those interested, here's how to check the RPF SI results:

  1. Visit the official RRB website at https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/.
  2. Look for the link titled "CEN RPF-01/2024 (S.I.): CBT Result & Cut-Off Scores".
  3. Click on the appropriate option, "Result of Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the post of SI against CEN RPF-01/2024" and download the result PDF.

The candidates can utilize the Ctrl+F shortcut to conveniently search for their roll numbers within the billed document. Alongside viewing the results online, they are encouraged to take note of the category-wise normalized cut-off marks, which are scaled to 100.

RRB also highlighted some key distinctions for the candidates to be aware of. According to the board, the candidacy of all successful applicants for the PET and PMT is purely provisional. This means any inconsistencies or identified malpractices may result in the disqualification of candidates at any point during the recruitment process. RRB reassured applicants they could contest results or questions by submitting objections, providing appeals had to be lodged within specific timeframes and incur applicable fees.

"Candidates can also view their individual result/score card by logging in to RRB portal duly entering their Registration No. and Date of Birth. This facility will be available from 06.03.2025 onwards," RRBs stated, making it clear to candidates about the process of validating their scores.

With the mark thresholds clearly delineated, candidates will not only understand whether they met the requirements but will also gauge how they compare against their peers. Regular checks of the RRB website, along with persistent scrutiny of emails and messages related to the PET and PMT dates, are strongly advised by the board.

Preparation for the continuing phases of this recruitment drive necessitates vigilance and readiness for physical testing and document verification processes, which are contingent upon passing the RRB-CBT. The document verification itself will be conducted on the same day as the PET and PMT assessments.

For all those engaged in this selection, it's time to celebrate progress or regroup and reassess strategies for those who may not have achieved the desired outcome this time. The opportunity to focus on upcoming challenges remains, especially within the competitive framework of the Indian Railways recruitment arena.

For more information and updates, candidates should consistently visit the official RRB websites or engage with the provided digital platforms where notifications will be regularly updated. Best of luck to all candidates moving forward!
