Rock En Seine 2025 Unveils Exciting Lineup Additions

Chappell Roan, Lizzo, and A$AP Rocky lead the star-studded festival lineup at Domaine National de Saint-Cloud.

The annual Rock en Seine festival is set to return to the stunning Domaine National de Saint-Cloud from August 20 to August 24, 2025, and the excitement is palpable with the announcement of its latest lineup additions.

Scheduled for five exhilarating days filled with music and festivities, this year's festival promises something for every taste. Headlining the opening night is the sensational pop artist Chappell Roan, who has quickly risen to fame with her recent hits and notable performances at major festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza. Roan's single concert in France this summer is highly anticipated as music fans eagerly await her dynamic stage presence.

Joining Roan on August 20 are critically acclaimed British group London Grammar, the stylish Suki Waterhouse, and the up-and-coming band Luvcat, creating an all-female lineup for the first night—a trend the festival continues from previous years.

Following this powerhouse opening, the festival unveils more artists who will light up the stage throughout the weekend. Notable acts for August 21 include A$AP Rocky, whose return to the festival is sure to be met with enthusiasm, as well as fan favorites Vampire Weekend and the rising star Doechii. The eclectic mix will also feature the experimental trio Khruangbin and the Scottish DJ Barry Can't Swim, ensuring every day of the festival provides unique and unforgettable musical experiences.

Day three introduces electronic talents like Jamie XX and Marc Rebillet, alongside the captivating Aurora and the lively Caribou, showing the festival’s commitment to diversifying its lineup across genres. The excitement continues as the closing day on August 24 boasts performances from rock powerhouses Queens of the Stone Age and Fontaines D.C., with Stereophonics, Last Train, and the alternative band Wallows rounding out the festival’s lineup.

Matthieu Ducos, the festival director, acknowledges the challenges posed by intensified competition among European festivals this year. "The program is complicated this year due to rising competition among European festivals" he noted, explaining how the dominance of large acts seeking bigger venues has made securing top talent more competitive. Despite these hurdles, Ducos remains optimistic about attracting diverse audiences, stating, "We aim to attract younger and more cosmopolitan audiences." Last year’s success, where international attendance climbed to 25%, serves as motivation to continue improving and diversifying the festival's reach.

With Rock en Seine closing its previous edition to over 180,000 fans, expectations are high for this upcoming return. The festival plans to maintain its unique charm of blending rock, rap, and electronic music, showcasing both established and emergent artists.

For those eager to attend, a presale exclusive for Revolut users is set for February 14, 2025, offering not just early access to tickets, but also discounts—a move aimed at providing added value and attracting younger festival-goers. General ticket sales will kick off on February 17, 2025. It’s the perfect opportunity for fans to secure their spot at this landmark event.

Rock en Seine remains committed to its rich tradition of delivering unforgettable musical experiences against the picturesque backdrop of Saint-Cloud. With the current lineup promising to electrify audiences, anticipation for Rock en Seine 2025 is greater than ever. Come August, music lovers from near and far will gather once again to revel in the excitement, energy, and camaraderie the festival guarantees.
