Between February 15 and 25, 2025, interest surged significantly, with peak activity recorded on February 21 and 22, following statements from President Vladimir Putin advocating for the exploration of mechanisms to facilitate the return of foreign brands. This information was highlighted by the job portal SuperJob, which reported on the changing dynamics of job searches.

According to analysts from SuperJob, "Количество поисковых запросов начало расти постепенно с 15 февраля, когда появились первые сообщения о возможном возвращении зарубежных компаний на российский рынок. Пик пришелся на 21 и 22 февраля вслед за поручением президента Владимира Путина проработать механизм возвращения иностранных компаний.” This statement reflects the rising curiosity among job seekers as companies like Adidas captured the spotlight, accounting for around 60% of inquiries focused on departed brands.

Despite this notable interest, the overall volume of job search inquiries related to these brands remains modest compared to broader employment trends.
