The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2025 admit card has officially been released by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) on February 20, 2025. Candidates can now download their admit cards from the official website, reet2024.co.in. This year's exam, which is set for February 27 and 28, 2025, includes two levels: Level 1 for primary teachers and Level 2 for upper primary teachers, with more than 14 lakh candidates registered for the test.
To download the REET 2025 admit card, candidates need to visit the website and enter their registration details, including their application number or date of birth. Successful entry will display their admit card, which includes important information such as the candidate's name, roll number, exam date, and venue.
According to the official notice, REET Level 1 and Level 2 exams will take place over two days. On February 27, the Level 1 exam will be conducted from 10 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by Level 2 from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. On February 28, only the Level 2 exam will be held from 10 AM to 12:30 PM.
"Admit Card is mandatory for entry to the examination center," emphasized the BSER. Candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned on their admit card thoroughly. Any discrepancies should be addressed immediately, as having correct information is imperative to avoid issues on exam day.
Along with the admit card, candidates must carry valid photo identification, such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, or voter ID. To ease the preparation, it's recommended for candidates to print out multiple copies of their admit card and arrive at the test center well before the scheduled starting time.
The REET 2025 requires candidates to be mindful of the new marking scheme. A deduction of 0.33 marks will apply for each incorrect answer, heightening the pressure to answer accurately. Candidates should be aware of these changes as they prepare for their exams.
On the day of the exam, candidates should arrive at the center at least two hours early to complete the necessary entry procedures, including biometric verification and facial recognition, which will be employed at the exam venues to confirm identities.
Given the significant number of candidates registered—over 9 lakh for Level 2 alone—the REET process this year promises to be rigorous and incorporates strict protocols to maintain the integrity of the examination.
It's worth noting the extensive reach of the REET, which serves as the gateway for teaching positions across numerous government schools throughout Rajasthan. Those who score well and meet the eligibility criteria will have the opportunity to apply for teaching roles, significantly impacting the educational framework within the state.
"Adhere to guidelines and exam day protocols to prevent last-minute issues," urged officials as they reminded candidates of the expected conduct during the examination. Maintaining composure during this high-stakes assessment is key to achieving success.
For any issues related to downloading the admit card or other inquiries, candidates can reach out to designated helplines provided by BSER. It is important for all participants to listen closely to any official announcements as the exam date approaches.
