The REET 2024 examination will be conducted across various locations throughout Rajasthan, serving as a pivotal step for individuals seeking teaching positions within the state's education system. The exams are divided between two phases: Level 1 will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and Level 2 will take place from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM on the same day.
To download their REET admit cards, candidates should follow these steps:

- Click on the link for the REET 2024 admit card.
- Enter the required login credentials, including their REET registration number and date of birth.

- It is recommended to take multiple printouts for reference and to be able to present at the exam venue.
The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has announced various guidelines for the exam, emphasizing the necessity of early downloads to avoid last-minute issues. Candidates are reminded to reach their exam centers at least two hours before the examination begins. This preparation is not only prudent but also reflects the importance of being punctual and organized on the examination day.
RBSE officials have indicated they will keep candidates informed about their admit cards via email or SMS communications, ensuring they are aware of any updates or necessary actions. Nonetheless, candidates should note the board will not send admit cards via postal services, necessitating online retrieval.
This year, there are over 14 lakh candidates registered for the REET examination, with nearly 3.4 lakh applying for Level 1 and around 9.7 lakh for Level 2. The Level 1 exam includes subjects such as Child Development, Language-I and Language-II (options available including Hindi, English, and others), Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. Meanwhile, Level 2 encompasses similar language subjects alongside Science and Mathematics or Social Science components.
The REET is structured to assess candidates through multiple-choice questions (MCQs), totaling 150 questions worth 150 marks for each level. An integral aspect of this year's exam is the introduction of negative marking; candidates will be penalized 1/3 mark for each incorrect answer, promoting accuracy alongside knowledge.
It is critically important for candidates to verify the details on their admit cards after downloading them. Each admit card will display the candidate’s name, date of birth, photograph, signature, examination venue, exam date and timings, roll number, and selected language options. Candidates are encouraged to contact the authorities immediately if they discover discrepancies on their cards.
With the exam day swiftly approaching, adherence to the board's guidelines and thorough preparation is indispensable for future educators eager to make their mark within Rajasthan’s educational framework. The REET not only serves as a gateway for teaching careers but also reinforces the importance of qualified educators for the expansion and improvement of the educational sector.
