Phineas And Ferb Revival Premieres This June On Disney

The beloved animated series returns with fresh adventures and new music for fans of all ages.

Disney is rolling out the teal carpet for the highly anticipated return of its beloved animated series, Phineas and Ferb, which will premiere a new season on June 5, 2025, on Disney Channel and June 6 on Disney+. This revival marks a significant moment for fans, as it brings back the inventive step-brothers and their wild summer adventures a decade after the original series concluded.

The new season is set to kick off with two episodes airing on June 5 at 8 p.m. PDT/EDT on Disney Channel and Disney XD, with the first episode also available on Disney Channel YouTube the same day. Following that, the first ten episodes will be available for streaming on Disney+ in the U.S. and select international markets starting June 6, with more markets to follow later in the year.

To build excitement, Disney has announced a special sneak peek that will debut on May 26, 2025, at 11:35 a.m. EDT/PDT on Disney Channel, Disney XD, and Disney Channel YouTube. This marketing push includes a brand-new trailer, which showcases the spirited adventures that await our favorite characters.

According to Disney, the new season will see Phineas, Ferb, and their friends tackling another 104 days of summer filled with unforgettable milestones. The boys are set to break several world records, while Candace will take her driver’s license test, and their pet platypus, Perry, will finally make a trip to the vet. This season promises to be packed with the same humor and creativity that made the original series a hit.

Phineas and Ferb first premiered in "Ferb-ruary" 2008 and quickly became a cultural phenomenon. Over its four-season run, the show garnered five Emmy Awards and was BAFTA-nominated, making it one of Disney's most successful animated series for kids aged 6-11 and tweens aged 9-14. The franchise also produced two animated movies: Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension and Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe, which debuted on Disney+ in 2020.

In addition to the new episodes, fans can expect new animated shorts to begin rolling out this summer on Disney Channel, Disney+, and various Disney-owned YouTube channels. One of the highlights includes "Cartoonified with Phineas and Ferb," where the duo interviews real-life celebrities drawn in the show's iconic style. Another short, "Agent P, Under C," will feature Perry the Platypus as he embarks on a new mission to thwart the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz.

Fans of the show will also be thrilled to know that new merchandise will be available, including collectibles, comics, and apparel. The first-ever Funko Pop! line inspired by the series is set to launch, along with a special set of Marvel Comics variant covers featuring the characters from the show. Additionally, Phineas and Ferb: Classic Comics Collection, Volume 3 will include previously uncollected comic adventures.

Music lovers can look forward to a new LOFI album titled Lofi: Phineas and Ferb, which will be released on May 9, 2025, featuring ten reimagined songs from the original series in a relaxing lo-fi style. The original soundtrack, including 13 new songs, will also be available on June 6, 2025, across major streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.

The revival of Phineas and Ferb was officially announced in 2023 and will consist of 40 episodes split across two seasons. This new chapter in the series promises to capture the hearts of both returning fans and a new generation of viewers, continuing the legacy of creativity and fun that has defined the show since its inception.

As the premiere date approaches, anticipation continues to build, marking this return as one of the biggest summer events for Disney. The combination of new adventures, exciting merchandise, and a fresh soundtrack ensures that Phineas and Ferb will once again take center stage in the hearts of audiences everywhere.
