Thai police have reported the arrest of four teenagers believed to be involved in the brutal assault of Richard Ander M. Van Bogaert, an 80-year-old Belgian man, during the early hours of December 25, 2023, in Pattaya, Thailand. According to local authorities, around 12:36 AM, Van Bogaert was walking home after celebrating Christmas at local bars when he was approached by the group on two motorbikes.
